And being aware of your emotions (anger, fear, sadness) will help us to bring emotional stability and joy.
Durant our sessions of self-leadership, we work on self-confidence, letting go of things, authenticity.  Who am I? And how is my relation towards myself and towards others?

The sessions can be completed with a training like  "Learning to live with your emotions"


Leadership coaching

Sometimes we get leadership roles after having done a good job as expert. But do you really have the profile of a leader? And what type of leader are you? 
Maybe you have been promoted and you become manager of your colleagues? It requires another positioning and can be prepared.  I help you to identify your leadership style  and how to make best use of your personal style. 
I help you during the first months of service to make a strong start.

Changing roles from manager to executive also requires a specific focus. During our coaching sessions I accompany you so that you find the right way to contribute effectively and have impact, while focusing on your talents.
